I was initially motivated to train as an assessor by my own curiosity and determination to understand and 'unlock' people's difficulties. I would frequently see these difficulties preventing people achieving their potential in the classroom. I am a qualified assessor of Specific Learning Difficulties having completed a level 7 course and have an Assessment Practising Certificate. I work with university students providing specialist tuition and also provide online diagnostic assessments for all ages as a professional associate of Learning2Succeed.

I really enjoy helping people and seeing them grow - I think that's at the heart of both assessing and specialist tutoring. I enjoy the process of getting to know people and exploring their strengths and weaknesses together. It is important to me to try and help people understand more about themselves, and with my support, to develop self-compassion.
