As a dyslexic myself who was not diagnosed at school, I am passionate about helping others identify their dyslexic strengths and see how their weaknesses exist because of these strengths. When we understand more about how our strengths have been honed by our struggles, we are more able to embrace who we are, and celebrate the ways in which we are different from others. Dyslexic individuals have much to offer the world in terms of creativity, problem solving, abstract idea generation, thinking outside the box, identifying connections, getting the ‘big picture’, persistence, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit, that many non-dyslexics struggle to parallel.

I have created Learning2Succeed and mentor all team members to uphold these important principles and I recognise the valuable contribution we all make to our client’s lives.

I ensure the assessors who work for Learning2Succeed are confident enough to share their own personal experience of dyslexia and other specific learning differences. This enables all members of the team to empathise and, therfore build rapport with clients quickly. We all understand the challenges faced, and emotions experienced by many with dyslexic difficulties, enabling us to help empower individuals to identify, and reach their own goals.

We have provided hundreds of individuals, schools, and businesses with informative diagnostic reports, exam arrangements, as well as specialist tuition and business coaching. We always endeavour to help clients to see their learning differences as an opportunity to understand themselves better, recognise their strengths and weaknesses, and move forward working within their range of strengths rather than battling their weaknesses. This process helps individuals to adapt, enabling them to make the most of life’s opportunities.
